Tony’s NY-Style Pizza

As mentioned, we also specialize in NY-style pizza which is a category in itself and perfect for the best takeout in Huntersville NC. Notably, this delectable delight has a thin, chewy yet crispy crust. In fact, it’s much less doughy than other styles of pizza such as Chicago. Typically, red tomato sauce and low-moisture mozzarella top the slice.

However, that isn’t all that goes into our NY-style pizza. We also put a little love and expertise in it from family recipes handed down all the way from Italy and New York City. After spending some time in Brooklyn perfecting our pies and secret sauce, we moved to North Carolina in the early 80s. Moreover, we use traditional cooking methods for our pizzas which include hand tossing and specialty ovens. Of course, like any good NY pizza, we add plentiful toppings all the way to the edge of the pie. Thus, you get fantastic flavor in every bite.
